This is an electronic PDF file that can be emailed either to you or to the recipient after purchase. I will send a printable gift certificate as in the second photo. If you do not specify an email address in the 'notes to seller' at time of purchase, I will send the gift certificate to you. I am always happy to include a note to the recipient.
