I created these lapis lazuli earrings by stacking organic cubes of lapis lazuli stones on my hammered sterling silver earwires for a lean pair of earrings. The natural deep royal blue colour of the stone is highlighted by subtle pyrite inclusions and lighter areas of stone. In some lights these stones appear almost navy. These stones are hand cut so there is variation and texture in each one. The variation in the stones enhances the organic and modern feel of these earrings.

The earrings are about 1 1/2" (37mm) long and will be shipped in a splurge gift tin.
